Warranty Claim Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Our 30-day warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use for all products purchased directly from Quality Obsessions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Claim Period:
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Claim Process:
To file a warranty claim, please fill up form and provide the following:

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Description of the issue

Once your claim is verified, we will assist you with the next steps.
